Biomar Chile is a great example of the cultural transformation lean can lead to. Prior to embracing Lean Thinking, the company used TPM but found that progress was sluggish and took away people's motivation. Today, with the help of Lean Institute Chile, they have learned to leverage the capabilities of their people to turn around their process.
